I just listened to your relaxation file at work, slow dial up at home, and I loved it. I will be calling soon to make an appointment.

Thanks Shannon,
Hypnosis is very similar to meditation. With meditation you relax your mind and your body follows. Very hard for most Americans. They close their eyes and start making lists of things they should be doing. With hypnosis, as you listen to the speaker, you relax your body and your mind follows. Much much easier and it seems to take you to that same relaxed comfortable place.

FREE Hypnosis Session...a $20
value
We have linked
below two hypnosis MP 3 files. They are both quite
large; thus, if you are using anything other than broadband or
cable it would probably be easier if you were to request a
copy on CD or cassette.
Learning about Hypnosis. This can be
very helpful for your friends and associates that want to quit
smoking.
It is an
introduction to hypnosis that is fun and
informative. Our mission is to
bring the perception of hypnosis out of the dark ages—and create
greater public awareness of the effectiveness of clinical
hypnotherapy in producing quick, easy, and permanent behavioral
changes particularly in the areas of stop-smoking,
weight loss, stress-relief, and chronic pain.
Using Hypnosis to
Relax
We sincerely
wish you a healthier, wealthier, and happier life. In our modern
day hurry-worry world, stress often blocks us from living the lives
that we desire. We encourage you to take 25 minutes and
listen to this session as often as you can to relieve the
stress that can often build up unrecognized, and disrupt our
ability to simply enjoy life. Download it to your desktop,
hook up a set of headphones and train yourself to relax over lunch
or before you head out into traffic. Do it for you and
everyone close to you will benefit.
If you
have an opportunity, write me, and let me know how
you felt about your first experience with hypnosis. I think
you will find it time well spent.
Wishing
You Success in 2009,
Bill
